• Preliminary Nature: Any Pavement Health Report or assessment provided through this website is based on initial forensic audits and aerial data.

• Validity: Quotes and assessments are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance due to fluctuating material costs (asphalt, emulsion, and fuel).

• Scope: Final work orders are subject to a formal contract detailing the specific scope of work, site conditions, and preparation requirements.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Fremont Surface Care’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.
