Are you fully licensed and insured?
Yes, absolutely. Fremont Surface Care is a fully registered business in the State of Ohio, and we carry comprehensive commercial general liability insurance and workers' compensation. We are happy to provide certificates of insurance directly to commercial property managers, municipalities, or homeowners upon request before any work begins.
What forms of payment do you accept?
To make the process as seamless as possible for our clients, we accept a variety of secure payment methods, including major credit/debit cards, digital bank transfers (ACH), corporate checks, and cash. Payment terms and invoicing instructions will be clearly detailed on your custom proposal.

How far in advance should I schedule my pavement maintenance?
Because high-quality asphalt maintenance requires warm, dry weather, our peak season runs from late spring through early autumn, and our calendar fills up quickly. We recommend scheduling at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates, especially if you are a commercial property requiring strategic weekend or after-hours timing.
What happens if it rains on the day of my scheduled service?
Mother Nature always gets the final say. Because moisture can completely ruin fresh sealcoat, crack sealant, or traffic paint, we actively monitor local weather patterns. If rain or unseasonably cold temperatures threaten your project, we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule for the next available clear, dry day. How do you handle oil spots and fuel stains before sealcoating?
Sealcoat will not properly bond to asphalt that is saturated with oil, gas, or chemical spills. Prior to application, we scrub and treat all heavy oil stains with a specialized petroleum oil spot primer. This creates a synthetic barrier over the stain, allowing the fresh sealcoat to adhere perfectly and preventing the oil from eating through your new finish.
