Site visits are typically scheduled within the same week. Actual work depends on the season and the calendar — our peak runs from late spring through early autumn and books up, so two to four weeks ahead is realistic during that window. Urgent hazards get prioritized.

The property address and a rough sense of what's concerning you is enough. If you happen to know your driveway's square footage or your lot's stall count, that helps us prepare, but it isn't required — measuring is our job.
